We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The building is fancy, the room (our version) was roomy. Bed was very comfortable. The bath amenities were of good quality. Additioal pluses - The hotel also gave us some sweets to welcome us - nice touch. The minibar items were free, the room included a nespreso machine with some capsules, good for early or late coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good, but expensive at 25 Euro pp. An "a al carte" cheaper version is only available as one limited option. We actually went to the hotel Mercure across the streeet for the smaller version of the breakfast. Parkng garage is not too far, you get 50% reduction if you go for a full day (20Euro instead of 40), but 0 if you stay less... The hotel bar served some nice food. So, an excellent hotel with 3 notes: No real flexibility in bereakfast menus, parking is an extra you need to consider and there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there are plenty some 5 to 10 minutes walk

From check-in to check-out, Leonor excels. Early check-in was possible at 30€, the room was ready at 9 am. Room: Cozy!! The room was small yet spacious enough to not have luggage in the way & soundproof. We had a lovely view of the street. The bed! Come for the bed, you won't regret a good night's rest. Breakfast: 🤤 Delicious & plentiful. Potatoes, sausage, eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurts, smoothies, fruits, cappuccinos, coffee, hot chocolate, what else do you need. I will say the fruit seemed as if it were canned & the hot drinks are from a machine (the drinks were still delicious) Staff: Great! They were courteous & nice. Location: Central to everything. 10-15 minute walk from the Gare. Petite France is only a short walk away (10 min). Recommend.

The gastronomy and price/quality ratio was very good. Professional/friendly staff welcomed us in their hotel and gave us tips for Strasbourg which was highly appreciated. The location is good and a eight minute walk from the old town. Parking is available at the hotel (make sure you contact the hotel before for arriving). Unfortunately for us the parking was full so we had to park in a public garage, around the corner. Hotel rooms are nice, of a good size and very clean. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nothing but friendly people. Overal a very nice hotel for a very good price.

Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Really a class above. Beautiful reception area, helpful receptionists, and lovely rooms. And there were lots more awesome things: the location, the breakfast 😍, the free mini bar, the cleanliness, and the patio were amazing. Also literally across the street from a pharmacy. If I ever go back to Strasbourg I’d absolutely stay here and recommend you do the same. :)

The bar and restaurant area is beautiful. We didn’t realize the restaurant was so highly rated or we would have made dinner reservations in advance (there was no table available.) The bed was comfortable and included memory foam pillows. We would have slept well if not for the time change. The bathroom was well-stocked and the shower was hot. The hotel is within walking distance of old town and Petite France.
